Wedding Hair and Makeup Packages/Pricing

  • Elite Hair & Makeup Combination Service: $1050 (Most selected level of service)

    Includes :

    • Both Elite Hair and Elite Makeup services. (When purchasing the combination service a price reduction is included.)

    Elite Hair Service: $575

    Bride’s hair service includes:

    • In salon 2.5 hour dry-styling preview appointment including the bride’s chosen look and one additional style variation. (Includes placement of 100% human hair clip-in extensions provided and pre-prepped by the client, and hair accessories/veil placement).

    • Bride’s wedding day hair service on location 2.5 hours dry-style. (Includes placement of 100% human hair extensions provided and pre-prepped by the client, hair accessories/veil placement, and touchup kit. 10 miles of travel included/additional travel $1.50/Mile).

    Elite Makeup Service: $575

    Bride’s makeup service includes:

    • In Salon 2.5 hour preview appointment demoing the bride’s selected look and preference adaptations.

  • Add On Wedding Party, Stylist-In-Training Hair and/or Makeup Services: $425

    • Add on service which includes 4 of any combination of Stylist-In-Training Hair and/or Makeup services. (Ex. Two Hair services, and two Makeup services) Day of wedding, on location, 5-5.5 hours.

  • Add On Wedding Party Services

    Elite Hair and/or Makeup Services: $550

    Includes:

    • Add on service includes 4 of any combination of Elite Level Hair and/or Makeup services. (Ex. Two hairstyles plus two makeup applications) Services performed the day of wedding, on location, 5-5.5 hours.

  • Clip-in hair extensions (100% human hair) purchases:

    • A complementary consultation for our clients purchasing clip-in hair extensions through West Ivie Hair Co. , Bellami, or Luxy Hair.

    A separate clip-in hair extension purchase consultation will be needed in advance to accommodate accurate matching, possible exchanges, and time for delivery.

    If you want fullness and structure, and your bridal style is in need of clip-in Hair Extensions (clip-ins are preferred for bridal styles because they can be placed in the areas we need the most density and structure! Clip-in extensions are also easier to hide in updos than sewn in wefts!), 100% human hair clipping extensions are your solution. (We cannot under any circumstances use extensions that are not 100% human hair. This is due to heat, tools, and product damage, and the increased possibility of a color mismatch with synthetic products.)

    Following the purchase of your Hair Extensions, you will receive instructions on how to prepare and care for your Clip-in Extensions. If you wish your stylist to do this prep work for you, a $75 fee will be charged per session.

Aspen believes in information transparency and communication. Read below for details that are included in your bridal contract, to help us give you the service you deserve!

Is this your first time working with Aspen Beauty and Bridal? Below is an explanation of what is needed for us to perform our services. Once your wedding date is confirmed, we will send you a contract for you to sign explaining these items further so you will be well prepared:

  • All Aspen Beauty and Bridal services are subject to availability of stylists/artists, and dates available. All services are to be paid in full upon booking. Any date/dates are not held until all services are paid in full and received by Aspen.

  • The cost of services are subject to change without notice and are guaranteed once payment has been received by Aspen.

  • Stylists/Artists reserve the right to refuse services to clients who do not accommodate terms and policies, written or expressed, including, but not limited to, we do not permit the use of electronic devices during services (we find this compromises, the quality of your services), adequate space to provide services, abusive language or behavior, lack of sanitary environment provided by client.

  • Any clients presenting as ill or infectious may not be serviced.

  • Please disclose any allergies or prior reactions to any Hair and Makeup products. We are not held responsible for negative reactions, or injuries, while performing surfaces in a responsible manner.

  • We ask that clients present themselves for services prepared in the manner expressed by their stylist/artist. (We send you a detailed email with information which he will also share with your wedding party.)

  • Aspen and stylists are not held responsible for Hair and Makeup product residue on clothing, and other surfaces, created by performing services. (Our stylists carry one plastic drop cloth to assist with surface protection, and silicone heat guards for hot tools.)

  • Any parking fees or tolls will be charged the day of service.

  • An additional $100 per stylist will be charged for clients requiring start times earlier than 7 AM.

  • Any delay in schedule caused by the client will result in a $25 fee per stylist every 15 minutes, stylists are delayed. (Check that your getting ready venue will open in time!)

  • Due to demand and the nature of booking bridal services, all bridal services are nonrefundable.
